How to chose the best training course for you

The most important detail on a training course is getting on the espresso machine. When you choose a class make sure you will have your own space at an espresso machine. A typical espresso machine can host two people at a time for training. Each barista will get an espresso handle (portafilter) and a steam arm and access to a grinder. Check with the trainer that there will be an unlimited amount of coffee, milk and equipment.

The recommended ration is 1 trainer to 4/5 barista’s. This will depend on the level of ability of the students. It will also depend on the amount of equipment available in the school. In our classes each studen has their own space and position on a machine.
